Public Description

The Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research (OCCPR) facilitates the building of an integrated foundation of proteomic technologies, open-data policy, reagents and reference materials, and analysis systems to systematically advance our understanding of cancer biology. The Office manages extramural science programs, including the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), and builds partnership with public-private sectors to further the application of protein science.
