Move discussions around in forum
It would be nice to be able to move discussions in the forum to other categories, in two ways:
1. When someone posts something in the wrong topic area, the manager(s) should be able to move it to the appropriate area.
2. Managers should be able to customize the order in which topics appear on the main forum page of their group. For example, if there is a "Welcome" area for new members to introduce themselves (so they're not taking up space doing that in other areas of the forum), it would make sense for that to be at the top. If you didn't create your forum categories and topics in that order, however, it cannot currently be changed.
