Abstract

Many cell-surface antigens are sensitive to fixation/permeabilization procedures, resulting in loss of recognition by their respective antibodies. For your information, BD Biosciences has tested many antibodies conjugated to various fluorochromes under several fixation/permeabilization conditions, and the results are summarized in attached pdf file.

Antibodies for 44 human cell surface markers and 26 mouse cell surface markers are included in the test result.
Human targets:
CD3,CD4,CD5,CD8,CD11a/LFA-1,CD11b,CD11c,CD13,CD14,CD15,CD16,CD18,CD19,CD20,CD20,CD23,CD25,CD27,CD28,CD31,CD33,CD34,CD38,CD40,CD44,CD45,CD45RA,CD45RO,CD54
