Description

This document describes a protocol for a quantitative detection of Gram negative bacterial endotoxin in nanoparticle preparations using a kinetic turbidity Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay. The protocol is based on USP standard 85, “Bacterial endotoxin test” [1].
