NCI Patient-Derived Models Repository (PDMR)

The new resource will provide the cancer research community with preclinical models that may more faithfully represent a patient’s tumor than traditional xenograft models. NCI is initially releasing 100 models across seven histologies.  As new models pass the quality control process, they will be added to the publicly available database. To explore this new tool, visit the PDMR database homepage.
