The West Virginia University-Charleston Division Department of Internal Medicine is seeking as Associate Residency Program Director at the Charleston Area Medical Center/West Virginia University-Charleston Division Program.

The Program Manager works with the Co-Principal Investigators to meet the goals established for the Administrative Core of the MMHI and to provide administrative support to all components of the MMHI.  The Program Manager reports directly to the MMHI Project Director. 

The research assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention goals. Specifically, the research assistant will identify appropriate volunteers, screen, interview and recruit candidates into the study. They must be familiar with inclusion and exclusion criteria for each protocol and purpose of the protocols.  The research assistant will also conduct and coordinate the different steps for the research participants including: database management, cold calling and answer incoming calls for data base entry; contact and screen prospective subjects to determine eligibility for clinical trial participation; and follow-up on various recruitment tasks to ensure the timely completion of the study recruitment.

The Executive Director develops, implements, and evaluates existing and new initiatives to further the mission, goals, and strategic initiatives launched by Center. Specific areas of responsibility include strategic planning, fundraising, administrative and fiscal oversight, human resource management, and program development and management of the Center’s research, educational, and community engagement activities as well as new strategic initiatives.

The Clinical Research Program Manager of the Breast Ovarian Cancer Program will be responsible for the overall management of the clinical trials portfolio and clinical research activities within the Program. Candidate will have a dual reporting relationship to the Director of Clinical Research Administration and the Research Program Director.

Seeking a Recruiting Assistant to primarily lead recruitment of Baltimore city churches to participate in a sexual health related study. This is a part time position with flexible hours, some weekends are required. Primary responsibilities will include assisting with participant recruitment, answering study related questions, screening potential participants, scheduling and maintaining an organized database of community contacts and serving as a liaison between the participants and the research team. Excellent communication skills and a high level of work ethic and professionalism required.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager or the Principal Investigator, the Research Program Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the clinical course and collection of research data on patients entered onto research protocols at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center and possibly, external institutions. The Research Program Coordinator is responsible for the organization, entry, maintenance and accuracy of all patient clinical research data in a timely and ongoing manner. These data will be used to generate specific study findings after the data is analyzed. 
 

The Research Program Assistant II (RPA) has duties and responsibilities related to conducting in research studies for persons with serious emotional disturbance and serious mental illness. The RPA will work closely with the data collection team. The RPA will interact directly with overweight, youth and adult participants. The primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, working with the data collection team administering the six-minute walk test, collecting physical measurements, surveys, and data entry. May contact (primary care physician) PCP for clearance for six minute walk and conduct chart reviews for participant chronic conditions and medications. The research assistant will also work with the rest of the study team on duties related to the general conduct of the study.
 

The Division of Research of Kaiser Permanente, Northern California seeks an investigator with a research focus in delivery science related to cancer care. Preferred qualifications include an MD or equivalent plus a Master’s Degree in public health or a related field, or PhD or equivalent in epidemiology, health services research, biostatistics, or a related field and postdoctoral research fellowship experience.

The George Washington University, Department of Environmental and Occupational Health is looking for a Sr Research Associate to join our molecular epidemiology and microbiome research group. Epidemiology explores how diseases affect populations and communities and allows us to understand the social and medical determinants of health. Biostatistics provides us with the methods of measurement that are needed to assess the impact of disease and health programs on populations and communities. Research done in the Epidemiology and Biostatistics department helps drive understanding of how infectious diseases, like Ebola or HIV/AIDS, spread and which communities are most vulnerable so we can better treat and prevent future outbreaks. The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Milken Institute School of Public Health, George Washington University is seeking an Associate Director of Finance and Administration.

The Biostatistics Center (BSC) of the Milken Institute School of Public Health is an off-campus research facility of The George Washington University located in Rockville, Maryland.
