The overall goals of this proposal are to develop and optimize methods for quantitative pre-clinical PET imaging and implement the optimized methods in a co-clinical trial and populate a web-accessible research resource will all the data, methods, workflow documentation and results collected from the co-clinical investigation. Our co-clinical trial will evaluate a novel adjunct to a recently available immunotherapy. The co-clinical trial will use a molecular biology motivated mouse model to guide and assess the utility of mid-therapy PET imaging in the clinical trial for early assessment of response to immunotherapy for patients with non small cell lung cancer
