The School of Nursing at the University of Delaware announces an exciting opportunity for a 9-month, full time continuing track Assistant or Associate Professor to join an award winning faculty including nationally recognized leaders in advanced practice, education and policy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: We seek a highly motivated individual to teach Adult Health Nursing in our undergraduate and graduate programs (classroom/clinical/simulation). The individual will also be expected to work with other faculty to enhance learning opportunities (clinical and classroom) for students, participate in evaluation of student learning outcomes, and assist in facilitating the development of clinical affiliations and additional practice learning activities. Primary teaching responsibilities will be in the BSN program but the candidate may contribute to other teaching efforts at the graduate level as needed. As other faculty in the continuing track, participation in scholarship, student advisement and service activities is an expected part of the faculty role.
